5km, 10km run - weight loss - shaping up for the summer - ski-fit - gardening fit (!) - regaining shape after a baby - or a period of illness - cycle tour of France etc

  • Issues with regard to lifestyle, Nutrition and Good Function in Daily Life - particularly important as we age
